Our tools are intended for garment and home-textile care. Always follow the care labels on your clothing and read the included user manual before first use. Product images are for illustration only and colours may vary slightly between screens.
By ordering products from us, you authorize us to charge your credit card for the total amount of your order. The descriptor that appears on your credit card statement will appear as mellowsteam.com.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
Conditions: only one refund per product is allowed, refund requests must include valid order details, and approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
To return a product, contact customer support to request return authorization, return the item within 30 days of placing your order, and note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued after inspection of returned items.

If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains in effect. No waiver of terms shall constitute a waiver of future defaults.
